Humanitarian Demining

- International Demining Group, Ukraine, the main Ukrainian national demining operator. IDG, under the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On mine action in Ukraine" and IMAS international standards, is certified to perform a full cycle of humanitarian demining, including detection and disposal of explosive ordnance, clearance of territories from the consequences of armed conflicts, and education of the population about the risks associated with mines and explosives.

Ukrainian National Humanitarian Demining Association (UNHDA), Ukraine, unites national and international companies in the industry, including demining operators, manufacturers of specialised equipment, technology and protective gear, scientific and educational institutions, financial and insurance companies, and other stakeholders into a professional community. Established in 2023 at the initiative of leading national demining operators, UNHDA aims to provide comprehensive support to all industry participants and state authorities for the restoration and clearance of the contaminated territory of Ukraine. The association seeks to comprehensively develop the industry as a whole, improve legislation and regulatory support, implement ethical and professional standards for the training and activities of industry professionals and companies, and protect the professional rights of its members.

- 4M Defense Ltd, Israel, is an international Mine Action and EOD company operating around the globe. 4M was founded in 2015 by a team of professionals with decades of experience in Mine Action, EOD and UXO disposal. Rehabilitation

The war in Ukraine has severe consequences: tens of thousands of citizens of Ukraine and their soldiers receive serious injuries, amputations of limbs, loss of motor activity, etc. Restoring their health and solving problems related to psychological overload, which can result in depression and feelings of social isolation, is a prerequisite for returning to a peaceful life. We do not stand aside from this problem. We work with the "Future for Ukraine" Fund (Czech Republic) on rehabilitation issues.

How does it work?

Go Flex™ works as a decompression traction table. It's specially designed to gently apply low decompressive forces to avoid unwanted cartilage and joint traumas. Go Flex™ is a simple and affordable electric treatment table with a flat top and enclosed base design. The treatment on the Go Flex™ simulator leads to the restoration of the joint, increase in muscle tone, repair of the cartilage, and strengthening of ligaments and tendons. Go Flex™ simulator works by means of gentle stretching of the spine, changing the strength and position of the spine. This change relieves pressure from the intervertebral discs, which are gel-like pillows between the bones of the spine, by exerting negative pressure on the disc. As a result, bulges of the discs or intervertebral disc hernias can be retracted, relieving stress from the nerves and other structures of the spine. This, in turn, promotes the movement of water, oxygen, and nutrients into the discs so that they can recover.

 Go Flex™ treatment protocol

You are fully dressed during decompression therapy. The doctor will put special straps on you around your pelvis, or around your torso or shoulders, or your hand. You lie face-up on a manually controlled table. The medical specialist controls the table, choosing the treatment according to your needs. When you lie comfortably on the motorized therapy table surface of the Go Flex™ simulator, the simulator gently stretches the spine, pulling the discs back into the correct position and re-moisturizing them to help restore normal disc height and joint function. The procedure lasts for 15 minutes and must be repeated every other day, with 15 treatments in total. You will need another 15 treatments after 1-1,5 months time (or, as recommended by the doctor).
